Guelph Concert Theatre is wheelchair accessible, however, our washrooms are located downstairs. Our staff is more than happy to help our customers up/down the stairs if necessary.

Guelph Concert Theatre is a cash-only venue. There are ATMs on-site for customer use.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking lot, however, there is lots of street parking available.

Yes! Coat check is $3 and is located upstairs. Big bags and backpacks are not permitted in the venue and will need to be left in coat check. NOTE: Coat check is only open during the colder months.

Guelph Concert Theatre is a standing-room-only venue, however, seating can be arranged for those who need it.
